Ava has a passion for community development and has been a key player in the setup of a number of community-based organisations in the Health and Disability Sector.  He also has local government experience as an elected member of both Manukau city and Auckland Councils. He continues to be actively involved in supporting a range of community boards across South Auckland, where he is well known and respected by the community.  Ava brings his expertise in building and developing communities, supporting and valuing cultural diversity to the team.
